Terms and Conditions

• Acceptance of Terms:
  By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
• Description of Services:
  Aero Display Systems provides Flight/Gate/Baggage information display systems and optional Information Display Modules to airports on a monthly recurring basis. Our systems are designed to efficiently display critical flight, gate, and baggage information to passengers and airport staff.
• Term and Termination:
  Notice of cancellation must be given at least 45 days in advance. Refunds are not guaranteed, and there are no fees to cancel and no longer use our service. There are no contracts in place that prevent moving to a competitor.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Aero Display Systems LLC reserves the right to cancel services at any time, including in cases of misuse or non-payment.
• Fees and Payment:
  By default, payment for Aero Display Systems' services is due upon receipt of the invoice. However, we are willing to work with our clients to accommodate their standard payment terms. Please note that failure to make payment will result in the suspension of services. Payment terms, acceptable payment methods, late payment penalties, and tax responsibilities will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client.
• Intellectual Property:
  All content, materials, and software provided as part of our Services are the property of Aero Display Systems or its licensors. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
• Limitation of Liability:
  Aero Display Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Services.
• Indemnification:
  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aero Display Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services.
• Physical Security of Devices:
  Aero Display Systems is not responsible for the physical security of Information Display Modules once they are installed, or the customer's self-provided media players. Clients are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect the devices from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Resolution and Feature Support:
  1080P and 4K resolutions are supported. Most mobile phones and tablets are supported. For any additional features or requests, please email support for evaluation.
• Uptime Responsibility:
  Aero Display Systems aims to maintain high uptime for our Services. However, we rely on other service providers to gather flight data, and we are not responsible for outages they may experience on their end.
• Confidentiality:
  Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and use it only for performing their obligations under this agreement. This obligation lasts for (1) years after the agreement ends.
• Data Protection and Privacy:
  Flight, gate, and baggage information are public data and do not contain any information about passengers, clients, or employees. Both parties agree to protect any other shared data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Force Majeure:
  Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or interruptions in internet or utility services.
• Dispute Resolution:
  Aero Display Systems LLC and the client will work together in good faith to resolve any disputes before pursuing litigation on either end.
• Changes to Terms:
  Aero Display Systems reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
